Caring for Your Sovereign

Your wallet is made from full-grain cowhide leather — a living material that only improves with time and care.

Everyday

• Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and heat, which can dry the leather.
• Avoid over-stuffing; leather stretches to fit but holds its shape best when carried lean.
• A little exposure to your hands' natural oils is what builds that beautiful patina.

If it gets wet

• Blot (don't rub) with a soft, dry cloth and let it air-dry away from direct heat. Water may darken the leather temporarily; it will even out as it dries.

Conditioning

• Every few months, apply a small amount of natural leather conditioner with a soft cloth in circular motions. Test on a hidden area first.
• Less is more — over-conditioning can soften the structure.

What to expect

• Scuffs, creasing, and deepening color aren't flaws — they're the record of a life well carried. Embrace the patina.
