1 YEAR WARRANTY

Every Sovereign wallet is cut, stitched, and finished from full-grain cowhide — a material chosen because it's built to age, not wear out. For your peace of mind, we back that with a 1-year warranty from your date of purchase.

 

What's covered
We warrant, to the original purchaser, that our materials and craftsmanship are free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including patina development (this is expected and part of how full-grain leather is meant to age)
• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Overstuffing — full-grain leather will stretch and stress stitching if you consistently carry more cards/cash than the wallet is designed for
• Exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight for extended periods
• Contact with ink, oils, solvents, acids, or other chemicals
• Change of mind
• Incidental or consequential damages connected to product use

Change of color from normal aging (patina) is not a defect — it's the leather doing what full-grain veg-tan leather does.

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item and determine, in good faith, whether the issue is covered under warranty. Where it is, we'll repair, replace with the same or nearest equivalent item, or refund — our choice, based on what's fair and feasible.

This warranty applies alongside your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected by it.

 

How to make a claim

Create a request at our Contact Us page with a few clear photos of the issue and your order number. We'll review it and get back to you with next steps — usually within 2 business days.

If we confirm the defect, we'll cover the cost of getting it fixed or replaced. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note: we only accept returns shipped with a tracked shipping method — untracked returns cannot be accepted, as we can't take responsibility for anything lost or damaged in transit.
